The Leeward Island Railway is thus far the only railway line in the Harvian Islands. It's maintained by the Harvian Railroads Company, who also serves the line with two old locomotives. The railway was built in 1951 by American engineer Franck Salem, who also designed many governmental buildings of the Harvian Islands.
